↩️ Right Of Withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation in force (Law. 2251/1994 & EU Directive 2011/83 / eu), you have a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order, without any justification.

📋 Conditions Of Return

To be accepted for return, products must:

  • They are in excellent condition, unworn
  • They have all their labels intact
  • They are in their original packaging
  • They have not been washed or used

Excluded from the return underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons, once it is removed the protective film.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Please contact us at info@lapassione.gr or 6948145916 within 14 days of receipt
  2. Let us know the reason for return and order number
  3. We will send you shipping instructions
  4. Send the product with your own shipping costs
  5. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

💶 Refund

The refund shall take place within 7-10 working days of receipt of the product, in the same method of payment that you used.

🔁 Change Size / Color

If you want to change in a different size or color, please contact us directly. The change is subject to availability. The return costs are charged to the customer, while the shipping costs of the new product are covered by us.

❌ Defective / Wrong Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us directly. In this case, the shipping costs are covered entirely by us.
